      <title>PHP4 Siteframe</title>
      <description>What was the last version of siteframe to use PHP 4? Most hosts, including mine, don't even support PHP 5 because it isn't stable yet(or rather capable of running older PHP scripts), and thus I am forced to use an older version.</description>
