Bail Bonds @ Siteframe

Bail Bonds @ Siteframe http://siteframe.org/bail-bonds La Fianza Bail Bonds <a target="_blank" href="http://www.lafianza.net">www.lafianza.net</a> is my current site.  I am using a basic  (very basic) html code for the front page then the site links to two WP sites <a target="Bail Bonds" href="http://www.lafianza.net/bailbonds">www.lafianza.net/bailbonds</a> and <a target="Fianzas" href="http://www.lafianza.net/fianzas ">www.lafianza.net/fianzas </a>one page is in English the other in Spanish.  I am trying to find a way to use siteframe to have the first page appear with the option of being in either English or Spanish or giving the person the choice.  I want to have the search engines read both languages on the front page so that I can be indexed for both.  Is there anyway to do this?   Is there somebody here who would be interested in building the site?  I have 3 ( www.lafianza.net www.a-affordablebailbonds.com and www.bailbondswashington.com ) I am working on and am willing to pay you for your time and expertise.  I know ther is someone on this site that is close to Portland OR I would like to have someone who can sit and listen to what I want to do and SEE what I am saying..
