PHP4 Siteframe
What was the last version of siteframe to use PHP 4? Most hosts, including mine, don't even support PHP 5 because it isn't stable yet(or rather capable of running older PHP scripts), and thus I am forced to use an older version.

Siteframe v3 runs under PHP4. Siteframe v5 requires PHP5, which was released in 2004 and is considered stable enough for some of the largest websites in the world (e.g., Yahoo!) to run on it.
